NaBFID Selection Process 2025: According to the NABFID Recruitment 2025 for the Financial Year 2025-26, a total of 66 Analyst Grade posts are to be filled. For the aspirants who want to build their career in the Finance Sector it is an excellent opportunity who are fulfilling the required eligibility guidelines. Final selection of the candidate will depend on the marks secured in the online examination and interview. We have discussed in detail about the NaBFID Selection Process 2025.

NaBFID Selection Process 2025

The NABFID selection process will comprise of an Online Exam and a Personal Interview. Bank may decide to conduct the Psychometric test (which may be of qualifying nature), if required, for personality profiling, of those candidates who will be shortlisted for Interview. Finding of the test may be placed before the Interview panel for having a thorough perspective on the candidates. 
Candidates who are selected from the eligible pool will be invited for an Interview, at a rate of 5-15 times the vacancies by position, as determined by the bank at a later time. Depending on the needs and appropriateness of the candidates, the Bank holds the authority to cancel/restrict/curtail/enlarge the recruitment process, including the number of vacancies, if the situation requires, without any prior notice and without providing any justification for such actions.

NaBFID 2025 Selection Process 

Candidates should undergo the following stages to get selected under NaBFID Recruitment drive. Candidates must clear all these stages to select finally:
  1. Online Test
  2. Interview
  3. Document Verification

  • There are 5 sections in the NaBFID Exam Pattern 2025.
  • There are total 80 questions and each question will carry 1 mark.
  • Duration of Exam is 1 Hours (60 minutes)
  • The minimum Qualifying marks will be (i) 40% for Sections A & B each (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD), (ii) Overall 50% for Total (A) & (B) (45% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD)

NaBFID Interview 2025

NaBFID Interview is the last stage of the selection process. The candidates who have qualified for the NaBFID Online Exam will be called to appear for the Interview round. This round holds the utmost importance in deciding the fate of the candidate concerning the final selection. The interview typically covers your technical expertise related to your stream (e.g., Risk Management, Lending Operations, IT & Operations, Economist, etc.).Behavioral and personal questions assess your thought process, communication skills, and suitability for the role. Panelists are experienced professionals from RBI, NABARD, NHB, and former Bank POs, ensuring a thorough evaluation of your knowledge and personality.
