NICL Assistant Probation Period 2024
Probation for selected applicants as NICL Assistant last for 6 months from the date of hire. The performance of newly hired workers will be assessed prior to the probationary term ending, and individuals whose performance falls short of the company's standards may have their probationary period extended.
