RBI Assistant Mains Exam Pattern 2023
Here are the key points about the RBI Assistant Mains Exam:
The Mains Exam consists of 200 questions divided into five sections: English language, Quantitative Aptitude, Computer Knowledge, General Awareness, and Reasoning Ability.
You'll have a total of 135 minutes to complete the entire exam. There are specific time limits for each section, which are mentioned separately.
If you answer a question incorrectly, you'll lose 0.25 marks as a penalty, but there is no penalty for leaving a question unanswered.
All the questions in the Mains Exam are of the multiple-choice (Objective) type.
For all sections except the English Language, you can choose to answer questions in either English or Hindi.
Importantly, the marks you obtain in the Mains Exam will be counted when preparing the final merit list. Candidates who pass the Mains Exam will also be invited for a Language Proficiency Test.
