Phase I: Online Screening Exam
The selection process begins with an online screening test. This stage is designed to evaluate candidates’ understanding of topics relevant to the position. Only those who pass this exam will move forward to the next round.
Phase II: Online Examination
In the second stage, candidates will take a more comprehensive online test. This exam will focus on skills and knowledge required for the Manager roles, covering both general topics and specialized areas depending on the chosen stream (such as General, Legal, or IT).
Phase III: Interview
Candidates who clear the previous rounds will be invited for an interview. This final stage assesses qualities like communication, personality, and expertise in the subject area. Depending on the situation, the interview may be held online or in person
SIDBI Exam Pattern 2025 for Phase 1 Examination consists of 200 questions carrying 1 mark each. The duration of the examination is 120 minutes.
