CA Exam Date 2026 Out (Official ICAI Notification – September & November Sessions)

ICAI has officially released the CA Exam Date 2026 for the September and November examination sessions. According to the notification issued on 2 May 2026, the schedule covers CA Foundation, CA Intermediate, and CA Final examinations. The Institute has also clarified that if any examination date coincides with a public holiday declared by the Central or State Government, the examination will still be conducted as scheduled unless ICAI issues a separate notification.

CA Exam Date 2026 – September & November Examination Schedule

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has officially published the CA Exam Date 2026 for the September and November examination sessions. As per the notification issued on 2 May 2026, the CA Intermediate and CA Foundation examinations will be conducted in September 2026, while the CA Final examinations are scheduled for November 2026. CA Intermediate September 2026 Exam Dates

The CA Intermediate September 2026 examination will be conducted in two groups. Candidates appearing for either one group or both groups should verify their examination dates and reporting time well in advance to avoid any last-minute confusion.

CA Foundation September 2026 Exam Dates

The CA Foundation September 2026 examination consists of four papers conducted on separate examination dates. Candidates should check the official timetable carefully and prepare according to the examination schedule released by ICAI.

CA Exam Time Table 2026

Along with the examination dates, ICAI has also prescribed the examination timings for Foundation, Intermediate, Final, and Post Qualification Course examinations. Candidates should report to the examination centre before the scheduled reporting time. Most examination papers are conducted from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (IST), while Paper 6 of the CA Final examination and certain Post Qualification Course examinations have a different duration. Candidates are advised to check the official timetable before appearing for the examination.

Important Note: As per ICAI's official examination schedule, 15 minutes of advance reading time will be provided from 1:45 PM to 2:00 PM (IST) for all papers except Foundation Paper 3 and Paper 4 and Post Qualification Course examinations, where no advance reading time is allowed. Candidates should reach the examination centre well before the reporting time to complete the verification process smoothly.

CA September & November 2026 Examination Form Dates

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has opened the online examination form submission process for the September 2026 (Foundation & Intermediate) and November 2026 (Final) examinations through the Self Service Portal (SSP). Candidates should complete the application process within the prescribed schedule to avoid late fees. ICAI also provides a correction window for making permitted changes in the examination form after submission.

CA Admit Card 2026

ICAI will release the CA Admit Card 2026 online before the commencement of the September and November examination sessions. Candidates can download their admit card from the official ICAI Self Service Portal using their login credentials. ICAI does not send admit cards through post, and candidates must carry a printed copy of the admit card along with a valid photo identity proof to the examination centre.

CA Result 2026

ICAI will declare the CA Foundation, CA Intermediate, and CA Final Result 2026 after the successful completion of the respective September and November examination sessions. Candidates can access their results through the official ICAI result portal by entering their registration number and roll number. Along with the results, ICAI may also publish the pass percentage and merit list, if applicable.

CA Exam Day Guidelines

• Carry a printed copy of the ICAI admit card along with a valid government-issued photo identity proof.
• Reach the examination centre before the reporting time mentioned on the admit card.
• Follow the examination timings and reading time instructions issued by ICAI.
• Electronic devices such as mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators not permitted by ICAI, Bluetooth devices, and study material are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall.
• Sign the attendance sheet and answer book wherever instructed by the invigilator.
• Do not leave the examination hall before the permitted time.
• Follow all instructions issued by the examination authorities throughout the examination.
