CA Final Exam Fee Payment Mode
Payment must be made online by Master/Visa/Maestro Credit/Debit card/ Rupay card/Internet banking/BHIM UPI/Paytm Wallet. Candidates can also make payment using net banking. If you choose to pay for the CA Final exam fee online for the November 2023 session, there are some additional charges you need to be aware of. These charges vary depending on the payment method you use. Let me break them down for you:- If you use a domestic credit card, you will be charged 0.50% of the fee plus GST (tax).
- For domestic debit cards or Rupay cards, if the fee is up to Rs. 2000, you will be charged 0.4% of the fee plus GST. But if the fee is greater than Rs. 2000, the charge will be 0.9% of the fee plus GST.
- Using BHIM UPI or Rupay cards for payment does not have any additional charges.
- Paying through the Paytm Wallet will cost you 1.10% of the fee plus GST.
- If you use an international card, you will be charged 2.75% of the fee plus GST (tax).
CA Final Exam Fee Refund Details (For November/December 2023 Session)
Once you pay the exam fee, you cannot get the money back or use it for something else, no matter what happens. If there are any issues with the payment process, like the money being sent twice or the transaction being lost, then they will consider giving a refund for those cases. If you accidentally pay the fee more than once, the system will identify it and refund the extra money to your account within 21 days after the last date to submit the exam forms. If, for some reason, you don't receive the refund within 21 days, you can ask for a refund by emailing ICAI at (final_examhelpline@icai.in) within 30 days after the last date to submit the exam forms. You need to provide proof, like a bank or credit card statement, showing that you paid the exam fee multiple times.
