CA Final Pass Percentage 2025: ICAI has announced the CA Final May 2025 pass percentage along with the exam results on 6th July 2025, as per the official notification released on 30th June. The CA Final results for Group 1 and Group 2 is available now, and the Foundation results has been also announced on the same day. This pass percentage will provide an overview of how many students appeared and cleared the CA Final exams in Group 1, Group 2, and both groups combined. In this article, we’ll update the latest pass percentage for CA Final May 2025 which is officially released by ICAI.
The CA Final May 2025 exams were held from May 2 to May 13, 2025. For reference, the CA Final November 2024 session recorded a pass percentage of 16.8% for Group 1, 21.36% for Group 2, and 13.44% for both groups combined.
Understanding the CA Final pass percentage helps students evaluate the exam’s difficulty level and prepare strategically. It also reflects the trend of results across different sessions. As per ICAI’s passing criteria, a candidate must score a minimum of 40% in each paper and at least 50% aggregate marks in each group to qualify. Given its consistently low pass percentage, CA continues to be regarded as one of the most challenging professional exams in India.
