Here are the instructions for filling out the CA Exam Application Form 2025 for CA Registration:
Begin by creating a login ID on the official ICAI website. This involves a one-time registration process.
Once you've registered, you'll receive a username and password via email. You'll also receive these login details via SMS to the phone number you provided during the registration.
Log in to the ICAI CA application form using the username and password you received.
It's crucial to provide accurate information and complete all the required fields. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
You'll need to pay the application fee using a Visa, MasterCard, or Maestro Credit/Debit Card.
After successfully paying the fees, download the fully filled application form and print it out.
If the images (such as your photograph) don't appear on the printout, you can attach two recent passport-sized photos—one attested and one non-attested.
If your signature doesn't show up on the printed form, you should sign in the designated places and have it countersigned by a parent or guardian.
Your application form must be attested by a Chartered Accountant, Gazetted Officer, or the Principal of your School/College.

To upload your photo for ICAI CA Registration, follow these guidelines:
The photo must be in color or black/white and should show 80% of your face (without a face mask) along with your ears against a white background.
Make sure there is a clear contrast in the image, so your features are easily distinguishable.
Avoid wearing goggles in the photo, as such images will not be accepted.
It's acceptable to wear spectacles in the photo.
The background of the photograph should be white and clearly visible, without any distractions.
If you use a flash when taking the picture, ensure there is no "red-eye" effect.
Caps and masks should not be worn in the photo.
You can wear religious headgear, but it should not cover your face.
