Partnership/LLP Requirement: The applying firm must be structured as a partnership or LLP (Limited Liability Partnership). Additionally, it must have at least two partners who joined the firm before July 1, 2020. Out of these partners, at least one must be a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) as of July 1, 2023. This condition ensures a level of experience and expertise within the firm, vital for fulfilling auditing responsibilities effectively.
Exclusive to MEF 2023-24: It's crucial to note that the Additional Information Form is exclusively related to MEF submissions for the year 2023-24.
