Properties of Circle

(a) Angles of the same segment of a circle are equal

i.e., ∠APB = ∠AQB = ∠ARB

(b) Angles of alternate segments of a circle are equal.

(c) If the line joining two points A & B subtend the greatest angle α at a point P then the circle, will touch the straight line, at the point P.

(d) The angle subtended by any chord on center is twice the angle subtended by the same chord on any point on the circumference of the circle.
