The CUET PG LLM syllabus 2027 is covered under Law (LLM),. The syllabus includes important areas of law such as Contract Law, Constitutional Law, Law of Torts, Family Law, Criminal Law, Company Law, Property Law, Administrative Law, Environmental Law, Labour Law, Jurisprudence, Human Rights Law, Intellectual Property Rights, and other law subjects.
This section covers the basic principles of contract law. Important topics include the formation of contracts, offer and acceptance, consideration, capacity to contract, free consent, legality of objects, void agreements, contingent contracts and discharge of contracts.
