1. ”यह कठिन समय नहीं है?” यह बताने के लिए कविता में कौन-कौन से तर्क प्रस्तुत किए गए हैं? स्पष्ट कीजिए।

उत्तर:- ”यह कठिन समय नहीं है?” – यह बताने के लिए कवि ने निम्नलिखित तर्क दिए हैं –
1. अभी भी चिड़िया चोंच में तिनका दबाए उड़ने को तैयार है क्योंकि वह नीड़ का निर्माण करना चाहती है।
2. एक हाथ झड़ती हुई पत्ती को सहारा देने के लिए बैठा है।
3. अभी भी एक रेलगाड़ी गंतव्य अर्थात् पहुँचने वाले स्थान तक जाती है।
4. नानी की कथा का अखिरी हिस्सा बाकी है।
5. अभी भी एक बस अंतरिक्ष के पार की दुनिया से बचे हुए लोगों की खबर लाएगी।
6. अभी भी कोई किसी को कहता है कि जल्दी आ जाओ, सूरज डूबने का समय हो चला है।

2. चिड़िया चोंच में तिनका दबाकर उड़ने की तैयारी में क्यों है? वह तिनकों का क्या करती होगी? लिखिए।
उत्तर:- चिड़िया अपनी चोंच में तिनका दबाकर उड़ने की तैयारी में है क्योंकि सूरज डूबने का समय हो चुका है उसके डूबने से पहले चिड़िया अपने लिए घोंसला बनाना चाहती है। वह तिनके से अपने लिए घोंसला तैयार कर उसमें अपने बच्चों के साथ रहेगी। घोंसला उसके परिवार को सुरक्षा प्रदान करता है।

3. कविता में कई बार ‘अभी भी’ का प्रयोग करके बातें रखी गई है। अभी भी का प्रयोग करते हुए तीन वाक्य बनाइए और देखिए उसमे लगातार, निरंतर,बिना रुके चलनेवाले किसी कार्य का भाव निकल रहा है या नहीं?
उत्तर:- 1. मुझे अभी भी सिरदर्द है।
2. अभी भी गाँव में बच्चे कई मील पैदल चलकर स्कूल जाते हैं।
3. हम अभी भी अंग्रेजी सीख रहे हैं।
तीनों वाक्यों में निरंतरता का भाव निकल रहा है।

4. ”नहीं” और ”अभी भी” को एक साथ प्रयोग करके तीन वाक्य लिखिए और देखिए ‘नहीं’ ‘अभी भी’ के पीछे कौन-कौन से भाव छिपे हो सकते हैं?
उत्तर:- (i) नहीं, अभी भी मेरी परीक्षा की तैयारी कम है।
(ii) नहीं, अभी भी इमारत का निर्माण नहीं हुआ है।
(iii) नहीं, अभी भी मेहमान के आने में देर हैं।
अभी भी, निरंतर चलने वाली प्रक्रिया का बोध कराता है तथा नहीं से कार्य के न होने का पता चलता है।

5. आप जब भी घर से स्कूल जाते हैं कोई आपकी प्रतीक्षा कर रहा होता है। सूरज डूबने का समय भी आपको खेल के मैदान से घर लौट चलने की सूचना देता है कि घर में कोई आपकी प्रतीक्षा कर रहा है – प्रतीक्षा करनेवाले व्यक्ति के विषय में आप क्या सोचते हैं? अपने विचार लिखिए।
उत्तर:- प्रतीक्षा करनेवाले व्यक्ति हमारे प्रियजन ही हो सकते हैं। मेरे तो दिन की शुरुआत और अंत माँ के प्यार से ही होता है। सुबह में प्यार से माथा चूमकर जगाने में माँ का प्यार, नाश्ते में बनी पसंद की चीज़ों में माँ का प्यार, भले-बुरे की डाँट में माँ का प्यार, सूरज डूबने के साथ खेल के मैदान से घर लौट चलने की सूचना देता माँ का प्यार तथा जीने का सलीका सिखाता माँ का प्यार।
