ICSI CS Exam Dates 2025: The ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India) has released the timetable for the December 2025 session of the ICSI CS (Company Secretary) exams. These exams will start on December 22, 2025. Registration for the ICSI CS exams in December 2025 is currently open.
ICSI CS Exam Dates 2025
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has announced the schedule for the Company Secretary (CS) Executive and Professional exams in 2025. These exams are set to take place in December. You can find the complete CS Exam Dates on the official website. The new syllabus (2022) exams are scheduled for December, 2025. The CS Executive Exam and Professional Exams for 2022 syllabus will run from 22 December 2025 to 29 December 2025.

ICSI CS Important Dates 2025
ICSI CS Application Form: For the December 2025 session, the last date to register for both modules of the CS Executive/Professional Programme is 31st May 2025, while the last date for single module registration is 31st July 2025. The CS Executive Programme allows registration at any time during the year; however, candidates must complete registration by the respective deadlines to be eligible for the December 2025 examination session.
ICSI CS Admit Card: Only registered candidates can download the ICSI CS December 2025 admit card when it becomes available. The hall ticket will be accessible on the official website, icsi.edu.
ICSI CS Exam: The ICSI CS 2025 exams for the Executive and Professional levels are scheduled from December 22 to December 29, 2025.
ICSI CS Result : The results for the ICSI CS June 2025 exams for both Executive and Professional levels will be announced on 25 August 2025.
