CS Registrations for the CS Executive program are open year-round through the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). The cutoff dates for CS registration are January 31 for exams in May/June and July 31 for exams in November/December each year. Registering for CS Executive in 2025 is a prerequisite for students wishing to enroll in the program and eventually sit for the exams.
Currently, you can complete CS Executive registration for June 2025 on either the ICSI website at icsi.edu or the ICSI smash portal. Conversely, registration for CS Executive in November 2023 was closed after its cutoff date. Following the closure of the program registration window, the CS exam form registration window is subsequently announced.
CS Executive Eligibility Criteria 2025
The CS Executive eligibility criteria for the year 2025 are officially specified on the website icsi.edu by ICSI. Prospective CS Executive course applicants need to review these eligibility requirements in advance to prevent potential future disqualifications.
Individuals must be at least 17 years old.
Applicants must have successfully completed either the CS Foundation level or the CSEET examination administered by ICSI.
Candidates entering through the direct entry pathway are exempt from the CS Foundation/CSEET exam requirement. Instead, they must possess a bachelor's or master's degree.

Step 2 - Choose 'Register for CS Course' or 'Registration for CSEET Graduates in CS Executive Programme'
For first-time ICSI registrants, click on "Register for CS Course," whereas those who have completed the CSEET exam can select the alternative option to proceed.
Step 3 - Review the instructions and proceed with CS Executive 2024 registration
First-time users should provide essential information, including their personal details, mailing and permanent addresses, and create a unique ID. Continue by filling in the details as indicated in the provided image.
Step 4 - Verify the fee structure and proceed to upload the necessary documents
After completing all the required information, candidates can review the CS Executive fee structure. Subsequently, upload the specified documents according to the provided guidelines.
Step 5 - Preview the application, make the payment, and save the transaction ID
The final step in completing the CS Executive 2025 application form is to review the information entered. Once candidates confirm the accuracy of all details, they can proceed to make the payment. Upon payment confirmation, a transaction ID will be generated. Candidates should download the transaction receipt and retain it for future reference.
CS Registration 2025 for CS Professional
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) allows candidates to apply for CS Professional Registration in 2025 at any time during the year. However, applicants should make sure to verify the cutoff dates before initiating the CS registration process. Currently, the registration for the CS Professional exam's December session (single module) remains open until May 31, 2025.
The registration fee for this exam is Rs. 19,000. To complete the registration, candidates need to access their ICSI student account and proceed with the CS Professional application form. The CS Professional examination will take place twice in the year 2025, first in June and then in December.
Eligibility Requirements for CS Professional 2025
Before enrolling for the CS Professional examination, candidates must adhere to the eligibility criteria specified by ICSI. The primary and fundamental CS Professional eligibility criterion is the successful completion of the CS Executive exams (both modules) with the minimum passing marks stipulated by ICSI.
Currently, candidates are required to achieve a minimum of 40% marks in each subject and an overall aggregate of 50% marks in order to qualify the CS Executive exam.
During the registration process, candidates are obliged to upload their CS Executive mark sheet/Statement of Marks for both modules as well as evidence of passing the examination.
Steps to Enroll for CS Professional Registration 2025
Follow the steps given below to enroll for CS Registration for Professional program 2025:
Step 1 - Visit the official ICSI website at icsi.edu.
Step 2 - Navigate to the "Online Services" link located in the homepage's menu bar.
Step 3 - Select the "Student Portal" option and log in to your ICSI account by entering your Username and Password.
Step 4 - Once logged in, go to the "Students" section and choose "My Account."
Step 5 - Locate the "Professional Registration" option, as illustrated in the provided image, and complete the online application form.
Step 6 - Your details will be available in your account. Now, upload the pass mark sheets for both modules of the CS Executive exam.
Step 7 - Fulfill the CS Professional registration fee of Rs. 19,000. Payment can be made via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking.
Step 8 - You have now successfully registered for the CS Professional examination. Proceed to the "Others" section to download your Registration Letter/E-Identity Card.
