ICSI CSEET New Syllabus 2026 is applicable from the June 2026 session onwards. The Institute of Company Secretaries of India has introduced a revised curriculum for the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test.

The new syllabus includes four papers. It covers communication, accounting, economics, business environment, laws, and management. The revised pattern also includes three subjective papers and one OMR-based paper.

Candidates who plan to appear for CSEET should check the updated syllabus before starting their preparation. It will help them understand the paper structure, important topics, and subject-wise focus areas.

ICSI CSEET New Syllabus 2026 Overview

The revised CSEET structure is designed to test both conceptual knowledge and written expression. The exam will be conducted in centre-based mode. It will be held three times a year in February, June, and October sessions.

CSEET Subjects 2026

The revised CSEET curriculum includes four subjects. Each subject carries 100 marks. The CSEET Subjects 2026 are:

CSEET Exam Pattern 2026

CSEET Exam Pattern 2026 includes four papers. The first three papers are subjective. The fourth paper is OMR-based.

ICSI CSEET Subject-Wise Syllabus 2026 includes communication, accounting, economics, business environment, law, and management topics. The paper-wise syllabus is given below. 

Paper 1: Business Communication

Business Communication checks English language skills and professional communication ability.
