ICSI has prescribed specific qualifications and experience requirements for empanelment. Applicants should possess strong academic or professional backgrounds and relevant experience in teaching, practice, or examination-related work.
Applicants may apply if they fulfil any of the following qualifications:
A member of ICSI, ICAI, or ICMAI with at least three years of membership.
A postgraduate with at least second-class marks in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accounts, Business Management, Business Administration, or Business Law.
A PhD holder in any of the relevant disciplines.
A candidate with a Master's degree in Business Communication, which may receive additional preference.
Preference may be given to applicants who have:
At least three years of teaching, academic, or professional experience.
Experience as an examiner, moderator, paper setter, or head examiner.
Written books, study material, or professional publications.
Industry experience related to the CSEET subjects.
The preferred age range is 28–65 years. However, ICSI may grant relaxation of 3–5 years to experienced ACS/FCS members with substantial answer-book evaluation experience.
The CSEET examination covers subjects that test your understanding of communication, accounting, business laws, and the economic environment.
