1. Fill out the Transcript Application Form: Begin by completing the Transcript Application Form provided by ICSI. Ensure that all sections of the form are accurately filled out and signed.
2. Gather Required Documents: Along with the application form, you'll need to submit self-attested copies of the mark sheets for all examinations passed, including Foundation, Intermediate/Executive, and Final/Professional examinations. It's essential to include copies of mark sheets for all groups/modules.
3. Ensure Legibility of Mark Sheets: Note that screenshot printouts of mark sheets lacking the signature of the issuing authority are not accepted. If you don't have a copy of your mark sheet with the required signature, consider obtaining a duplicate from the Directorate of Examination.
4. Additional Forms: Depending on your specific requirements, you may need to include additional forms such as the WES Academic form or other relevant documents.
5. Payment: The prescribed fee for obtaining transcripts is ₹295/- per set, inclusive of 18% GST. Additional postal charges apply if you opt for delivery via Speed Post to overseas addresses. Payment is accepted via Demand Draft drawn in favor of "The Institute of Company Secretaries of India," payable at New Delhi.
