Answer Books

1. The user will move their mouse pointer over the MODULE header menu, scroll down to the Exam submenu, and select "Certified Copies of Answer Books/Verification of Marks/Inspection."
2. The screen below (screen 2) will show up when you click the Module > Exam> Verification of Marks/Inspection/Certified Copies of Answer Books menu link.
3. Students will use the search button on screen 2 to look up and filter previously submitted or added VOM requests. The user has the option to filter requests based on Application Status and VMCR No.
4. The user must click the "Add New Request" button on screen 2 to create a request.

Inspection of Answer-Sheet to ICSI Guidelines

Application: These policies, procedures, and guidelines for allowing students to inspect and/or obtain certified copies of their answer books will be in effect starting with the June 2020 exam session. A student may request an inspection of his or her evaluated answer book(s) or a certified copy of it under these guidelines.

Application Process: Students may apply online via the Institute's website or offline using the required application form if they would like to view and/or obtain certified copies of their answer books for any subject(s) of a specific exam.

Documents needed: (a) Along with the application submitted in the previous step, the necessary fee must be paid.

Student Grievance Redressal: In accordance with the RTI Act, 2005, a student who has inspected or received a photocopy of his or her answer book(s) for any subject(s) of a particular examination may file a grievance online using the prescribed application form. The student must submit the application along with the required fee and a self-attested photocopy of their admit card (roll number) or student identity card. The application must be received by the Institute within 60 days of the results being announced, or within 15 days of the answer book being inspected or received, whichever comes first.

Application of fees for the supply of certified copies: A fee of ₹500 per subject or set of answer books is required for the supply of a certified copy of the answer book(s), and ₹450 per answer book is required for the provision of an inspection copy.

Fee payment method for offline applications: For offline applications, fees must be paid by demand draft made payable to "The Institute of Company Secretaries of India" and mailed to New Delhi.
