Guidelines for Registration De novo CS Students

Registration De novo CS Student: Once you enroll in the Executive Program, your registration as a CS ( Company Secretary ) student stays valid for five years. After this period, if you wish to continue in the program through the Professional Programme Stage, you need to renew your registration. To do this, apply for Registration De novo or Extension by following the guidelines in this bulletin.

ICSI Registration De novo Fees

1. Reapplication Within Two Years:

• Cost: Rs. 2000
• Eligibility: Executive/Professional students can reapply within two years of their prior registration expiration.

2. Application Between Two to Five Years:

• Cost: Rs. 3000
• Eligibility: Students can still apply within five years after the expiration of their prior registration.

3. Pre-Examination Test Fee: Executive and Professional students participating in the Pre-Examination Test must pay the applicable fee.
4. Extension of Registration: Not permitted with the new rules for Registration De novo.
5. Special Categories:

• Physically Handicapped Category: 25% of the General Category fee
• SC/ST Category: 50% of the General Category fee

Registration De novo CS Student Important Points

• Renewal Period: Upon approval of the Registration Denovo request, the student's registration is renewed for five years from the date of the request, accompanied by the required fee. The student is considered freshly registered, retaining the privilege of claiming exemptions for previously passed subjects without paying any additional fees.
• Multiple Denovo Requests: Students have the flexibility to apply for Registration Denovo as many times as needed.
• Training Continuation After Passing: A student passing the Professional Programme exams during the registration's validity can continue their training during the remaining period.
• Cancellation of Executive Registration: If an Executive student doesn't apply for Registration Denovo within five years after the previous registration's expiration, the registration will be cancelled, and accrued benefits will be withdrawn.
• Study Materials and Denovo Fee: Study materials are not provided with Registration Denovo. Students can purchase them separately from the Institute. The Denovo Fee doesn't cover the cost of study materials.
• Important Application Deadlines:

• Last date for June Session: April 9th (Late Fee applicable)
• Last date for December Session: October 10th (Late Fee applicable)
