The AP SET Chemical Science Exam 2024 is open to candidates who meet the eligibility criteria set by the AP SET Eligibility Test board.- Candidates need to have at least 55% marks (50% for reserved categories) in their Master’s Degree or equivalent from UGC-recognized institutions.
- Those awaiting final year results can apply provisionally but must provide their mark sheet within a specified time.
- PhD holders completing their master’s by September 1991 get a 5% relaxation in marks.
- Transgender candidates receive the same relaxations as SC/ST/PwD categories.
- Applicants can only appear in the subject of their master’s, but those in unlisted subjects can opt for related ones.
