BARC OCES 2026 Exam Day Important Instructions 

Candidates must adhere to a set of instructions and guidelines on the examination day and during the application process for BARC OCES/DGFS-2026. Familiarize yourself with these rules to ensure a smooth and compliant experience.

  • Reach the exam centre at least 30–45 minutes before the reporting time.

  • Carry a valid photo ID, admit card, and required documents.

  • Electronic devices (mobile phones, calculators, smartwatches) are not allowed.

  • Follow the dress code and instructions printed on the admit card.

  • Check for any date changes on the official website.

  • Only one OCES screening discipline can be applied for.

  • Preliminary registration details (name, gender, mobile number, email ID, OCES screening discipline, qualifying degree) cannot be modified after submission.

  • Applicants must upload a recent passport-sized photograph (4.5 x 3.5cm, JPG/JPEG, 20-50 kb) and a scanned signature (2 x 4.5 cm, JPG/JPEG, 10-20 kb).

  • Candidates applying based on GATE-2026 score must register first and fill in details before GATE-2026 results are declared.

  • A printed copy of the Admit Card is mandatory for verification at the exam center.

  • Calculators and logarithmic tables are prohibited; an on-screen calculator will be available.

  • Personal belongings such as mobiles, cameras, laptops, notebooks, textbooks, digital watches are not allowed.

  • Blank sheets will be provided for rough work; candidates should bring a pen.

  • Applicants working in government/PSUs/aided institutes must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the selection interview.
