Educational Qualifications : Candidates should have completed their UG, PG, and PhD degrees from reputed institutions like IIT, IISc, IIM, NIT, or any university with an NIRF ranking within the top 100 for universities and engineering institutes or 50 for management institutes. Alternatively, degrees from foreign universities ranked within the top 500 in QS/THE World Rankings are also acceptable. Avoiding In-Breeding : Candidates who have completed their PhD from NIT Raipur will only be considered if there is a 3-year gap between leaving the institute and the last date of online application submission. Reservation : NIT Raipur follows the Government of India’s reservation norms. Reserved category candidates must submit the relevant caste/category certificates in the prescribed format. Certificates :- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) : Certificate issued on or after 1st April 2024.
- EWS : Certificate issued on or after 1st April 2024.
