Steps to Fill NTET Application Form 2025

Candidates can obtain the Information Bulletin and a copy of the NTET Application Form 2025 from the NTA website. Please read them thoroughly to understand your eligibility and the application procedure. Applications are only accepted online. It is not permissible to submit more than one application. Only one application per candidate is permitted. Here are the procedures to fill out the NTET 2025 online form based on the given instructions: 

Step 1: Registration: Register yourself online by providing your email ID and mobile number.

Step 2: Fill out the Online Application Form: Complete the form and note down the system-generated Application Number for future reference.

Step 3: Upload Scanned Images:

• Recent Photograph: File size: 10 Kb – 200 Kb. (Photograph can be in color or black & white with 80% face visibility (without mask), including ears, against a white background. 

• Signature file should be File size: 4 Kb - 30 Kb. 

Step 4: Payment of Fee: Pay the application fee using any of the integrated Payment Gateways (Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card / UPI). 

Step 5: Confirmation Page: After completing the payment, download the Confirmation Page and keep a hard copy for future reference. If the Confirmation Page does not appear after payment, please contact the relevant bank/payment gateway hotline listed in Annexure I of the Information Bulletin. 

Step 6: If the issue continues, contact the NTA Helpline and, if necessary, make the payment again. Any duplicate payment will be refunded by NTA after reconciliation.

NTET Online Form 2025 Correction Window

The NTET (National Teachers Eligibility Test) 2025 application form correction window will be available from June 25th to June 27th, 2025, till 11:50 PM. Candidates may make any required changes to their submitted applications during this time. The application window was available from June 4th to June 23rd of 2025.  Applicants are strongly recommended to thoroughly fill out all of the registration requirements, as incomplete or inaccurate applications will be rejected.

No more adjustments will be permitted once the correction window has closed. Be aware that the NTA does not accept requests for revisions or corrections via mail, email, WhatsApp, fax, or in person. Candidates must use extreme caution while putting information into the application form and check that all information is correct before submitting it.
