1. Visit the official CUET PG 2026 website: exams.nta.nic.in/CUET-PG.

2. Locate and click on the "Sign In" tab or the "Application Form Correction" link.

3. You will be redirected to the CUET PG login page.

4. Enter your user ID and password to proceed.

5. Click the "Login" button to access your application.

6. Make the necessary changes to the editable fields.

7. After completing the modifications, click "Save."

8. It is advisable to print the updated application form for your records.

CUET PG Form Editable Details

During the CUET PG 2026 correction window, applicants are permitted to update specific information. This flexibility ensures accuracy in your application.

• Any one field from: Candidate's Name, Father's Name, Mother's Name.

• All fields related to: Class 10/equivalent, Class 12/equivalent, Graduation, and Post-graduation details.

• Preferences for: Exam Centre City Selection.

• The following fields: Date of Birth, Gender, Category, Sub-category / PwBD status, and Test Paper Code.

• Identity details: Aadhar (applicable only if registered with an identity other than Aadhar).

• The option to edit the Subject / Test / Programme / Course will remain available throughout the correction period.

CUET PG 2026 Correction Window Important Instructions & Guidelines

• All corrections must be completed within the designated timeframe. No changes will be accepted after January 30, 2026 (11:50 P.M.).

• If changes result in an increased fee, the additional amount must be paid using Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.

• No fee will be refunded if the number of chosen test papers is reduced.

• This correction facility is a one-time opportunity. Candidates are advised to make all necessary corrections carefully, as no further chances will be provided.

• Once corrections are made and submitted, the application form will be frozen.

• Candidates who applied and paid fees on or before December 19, 2025, can update additional examination city preferences during this period.
