With the declaration of the final scores of candidates, their information will be shared with the participating colleges and universities. Based on the candidates’ scores gained in the CUET PG 2025, these institutions will make the first merit list of the selected students. Second, third, and more lists can be made on the basis of vacant seats remaining for a specific course.

The NTA only declares the final CUET PG scores of candidates. For any inquiry related to admission and counselling, the candidates must visit the official websites of their applied universities. CUET PG 2025 Counselling 2025

CUET PG counselling 2025 process will get started once the final result is available on exams.nta.ac.in. The counselling process can be executed in online or offline mode, as per a particular university. According to previous year trends, most universities carried out their CUET PG 2025 counselling registration in online mode. 

• The candidates who are willing to take admission in their preferred university must register them on the official website. It is a crucial step to enter the counselling process in their applied college/university.  The registration links will be available on the official websites of all the colleges/universities participating in CUET PG 2025. 

• Candidates may need to appear physically in the college or university as the next step in counselling.

• Candidates will need to submit the admission fee and required documents if they accept the seats offered.

Documents Required For CUET PG Counselling 2025

This is the list of important documents required for the CUET PG Counselling 2025 process:

• Class 10th  mark sheet

• Class 12th  mark sheet

• Bachelor’s degree certificate

• Passport size photographs

• CUET PG 2025 scorecard

• Transfer certificate

• Conduct certificate

• Caste certificate

• Reservation category certificate

The candidates may need to produce more than one photocopy of their original documents at the time of counselling. 

CUET PG Spot Round 2025

During the CUET PG 2025 counseling, it may happen that seats for several courses remain vacant. It may be possible that the candidates would have chosen some other program or college. In order to fill those seats, another round of counseling will be conducted. This process is known as spot round. 

Those candidates who could not appear during the counselling or were not allotted a seat during the counselling can take part in the spot counseling round. Such candidates should keep an eye on the official website of the participating universities for more detailed information.

CUET PG 2025 candidates must note the following points for a successful counseling process:

• The NTA only releases the final scores of candidates and does not intervene in any of the admission or counselling process.

• All the admission and counselling-related criteria, like schedule, merit list, etc are decided by each of the participating colleges/universities.

• Each participating college or university can release its own schedule, merit list, and other processes for counselling.

• No transfer/cancellation/conversion of seats and admission of CUET (PG) 2025 candidates is managed by the NTA. All such processes are held by colleges and universities participating in the CUET PG 2025.

• As the final scores are declared by the NTA, the candidates should visit and start registering themselves on the official websites of the participating institutions.

• Appearing in the CUET PG 2025 counselling requires a candidate to carry all of the important documents like the CUET PG scorecard, academic certificates, etc. 

• The candidates must be present on the right time and date as scheduled by the participating university/college for successful CUET PG 2025 counselling.

• If any candidate does not get admission in the first CUET PG Seat Allotment 2025 process, they can wait for the spot round or the second merit list to be released.
