Candidates who have qualified the NIMCET 2026 examination can now prepare for the admission process as NIMCET Counselling 2026 will begin from 30 June and continue till 3 July 2026 for registration and choice filling.
The counselling is conducted online by NIT Tiruchirappalli (NIT Trichy) for admission to MCA programmes offered by 11 NITs and 2 IIITs. After registration, candidates will have to pay the counselling fee, lock their institute preferences, and wait for the seat allotment results.
Unlike the entrance examination, admission depends not only on your NIMCET rank but also on your category, preferred colleges, available seats, and the choices filled during counselling. Therefore, candidates should complete every step carefully within the prescribed deadlines.
