As per the eligibility criteria, interested candidates must pass the 10+2 level examination with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology. Assam University Eligibility Criteria 2024 for UG Courses
Assam University admission for all UG courses except B.Tech is done based on the marks obtained in CUET 2024. Interested students must go through Assam University Eligibility Criteria before applying for CUET exam. Check the below eligibility criteria for UG courses.- Bachelor in Science (B.Sc): Candidates must have secured a minimum of 60% marks in the science stream of class 10+2 or equivalent.
- Bachelor in Visual Arts (BVA): Candidates must have secured a minimum of 45% marks in 10+2 or equivalent.
- Bachelor in Pharmacy (B.Pharm): Must have completed the 10+2 level examination with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biology with 50% marks in aggregate both in theory and practical.
- Bachelor of Performing Arts (BPA): Candidates must have secured a minimum of 40% marks in 10+2 or equivalent.
- Bachelor in Law (BA LLB): Must have completed class 12 or an equivalent exam with 50% aggregate marks and 45% in English subject.

Assam University Eligibility Criteria 2024 for B.Tech
Candidates who are willing to get admission in a B.Tech course at Assam University must go through the below points of Assam University Eligibility Criteria 2024 for B.Tech courses- Candidates must have secured minimum marks of 45% (40% for SC/ST/PWD candidates) in the 10+2 exam with Physics, Chemistry, and Maths as subjects.
- Interested candidates must have secured the qualifying marks in JEE Main exam. The selection of candidates for 75% of seats will be based on JEE Main result.
- To fill up 25% of seats, an entrance exam will be conducted by their school of technology.

Assam University Eligibility Criteria 2024 for PG Courses
Candidates must check the eligibility criteria for PG courses at Assam University. Assam University Eligibility Criteria 2024 for PG Courses is given below Master of Science (MSc) According to different disciplines, the minimum qualifying marks requirement in graduation varies.- Physics: 60% marks in Honors in Physics
- Chemistry: 55% marks in Honors in Chemistry
- Mathematics: 45% marks in Honors in Mathematics
- Commerce: Graduation (10+2+3 pattern) in relevant discipline with 45% marks
- Computer Science: B.Sc. in Computer Science course with 50% of marks
- Education: BA/B.Sc./B.Com. with at least 45% marks Or B.Ed. with at least 55% marks
- Library Science: 45% marks in any discipline from Assam University or any other recognized university
- Statistics: BA/B.Sc. with at least 45% marks for honors course
- Microbiology: Minimum 45% marks in Honors or pass courses in Microbiology, Zoology, Botany, Biotechnology

Master of Arts (MA) Candidates must have cleared their undergraduate courses in relevant subjects with hons, or pass with a minimum of 40% marks.
