Students who want to claim reservation benefits must upload special certificates issued by authorised government officers.

• SC and ST Candidates: A valid caste certificate matching the candidate's school board records is required.

• OBC-NCL Candidates: The caste must be listed in the Central OBC list. The income certificate for this category must be issued after March 31, 2026.

• EWS Candidates: An official Economically Weaker Section certificate must be uploaded. Just like OBC, the income certificate must be dated after March 31, 2026.

• Minority Quota: Students applying for Sikh or Christian minority seats need a status certificate from local religious boards, panchayats, or baptism records.

• Other Special Quotas: Children of Armed Forces personnel need an Educational Concession Certificate. Orphans, single girl children, and persons with disabilities must upload their respective valid affidavits or medical certificates.

• Class XII Marksheet: Must be in the candidate's name. The candidate's name listed here must match exactly with the name on the CUET(UG)-2026 form.

Category and Reservation Certificates (As Applicable)

If claiming any form of seat reservation, certificates must be in the candidate's name, and the candidate's and parents' names must match those on the school board certificates and CUET(UG)-2026 form:

• SC / ST / PwBD / CW / KM Certificate: Issued by a competent authority.

• OBC - Non-Creamy Layer (OBC-NCL) Certificate: Must be issued by the competent authority.

• Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Certificate: Must be issued by an authorised governmental body.

• Minority Certificate: For candidates seeking admission to Minority Colleges under Sikh or Christian minority quotas.

Supernumerary Quotas & Special Categories Documents

• Educational Concession Certificate (ECC): Mandatory for candidates applying under the Children/Widows of Personnel of the Armed Forces (CW) category, mapped under appropriate priorities.

• Sports / Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA) Certificates: Merit or participation certificates from the preceding three years (issued between May 1, 2023, and April 30, 2026).

• Single Girl Child Category: An original affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper of ₹100.00, duly attested by a 1st Class Magistrate or appropriate government administrative official.
