But once Round 3 is over, there are no further seat upgrades permitted. The Mop-Up Round does not provide any option for seat upgradation or withdrawal.

The ICAR AIEEA 2025 Mop-Up round is conducted to fill all the remaining seats after the counselling rounds are over. It offers candidates one last opportunity to get in.
