India’s IIT Madras Startup Agnikul Cosmos Launches World’s 1st Rocket With Fully 3D-Printed Engine

• It was also launched from India’s first privately developed launchpad called ‘Dhanush’ established by Agnikul at Sriharikota in Andhra Pradesh.
• The test flight aims to demonstrate in-house and homegrown technologies, gather crucial flight data, and ensure the optimal functioning of systems for Agnikul’s orbital launch vehicle, the ‘ Agnibaan’.

• Agnibaan is a two-stage rocket with a capacity to carry up to 300 kg to a height of 700 km. The rocket engines are powered by liquid oxygen or kerosene.

• PRAVAAH Portal is a secure web-based platform that enables individuals and companies to apply for regulatory approvals, licenses, and authorizations from the RBI.
• Currently, there are 60 application forms available on the web, which span several regulatory and supervisory departments of the RBI.

• Applicants can apply online on the portal.
• Applicants can track and monitor the status of their application or reference.
• The Portal will enable the applicants to respond to any clarification or query raised by RBI in connection with the application or reference.
• Applicants will receive a decision from RBI in a time-bound manner.

• Fintech Repository will give comprehensive data on fintech firms, both regulated and unregulated.
• RBI has also developed a related repository "Emtech Repository" exclusively for RBI Regulated Entities (REs), i.e. banks and non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), on their adoption of emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Language (ML), Cloud Computing, and so on.
