The merit list is created in the following way:
Candidates who pass the written exam will be invited to the Service Selection Board for an intelligence and personality test based on their preferred service, as determined by the respective service headquarters.
Stage 1- Consists of a description test, an image perception test, and an officer IQ rating test.
Stage 2- Includes an interview, a group testing officer task, a conference, and a psychology test.
Candidates who pass the written test and are offered the option of joining the Army (IMA/OTA) as their first choice must register on the recruiting directorate website, www.joinindianarmy.nic.in, to be contacted for an SSB Interview. Candidates who have already registered on the recruiting directorate’s website are urged not to register again.
