• Seva Nidhi Package: Seva Nidhi Package is provided to the army officials who have completed four years of service. The approximate value of the amount as per the Seva Nidhi Package is around Rs. 67 lakh. 

• Life Insurance: Army Officials get the non-compensatory Life Insurance cover of value Rs. 48 lakh in the four years of service as per the Agniveer Scheme. 

• Leave & Medical Facilities: It is allowed to take leave for 30 days in a year. Officials can get the medical facilities in case of any emergency requirement. 

• Ex Gratia for Death/Disability: Monetary benefits are provided to the army officials in case of death or disability for family support. 

• Reservation: Indian Army Staff joined under the CEE exam are eligible to get 10% reservation in Assam Rifles, CAPFS, Coast Guard, and Defence PSU.

• Canteen Facility: A Canteen facility is provided to the army officials to get the subsidised food items.
