The original notice about CGEPT-01/2026 and CGEPT-02/2026 has been changed. Now, the Stage-II exams for both batches will be held together instead of separately, as mentioned before.

Through the release of an official notice, the Indian Coast Guard has announced the Indian Coast Guard GD/DB Yantrik 01/2026 and 02/2026 Stage 1, 2, and 3 Schedule. The Indian Coast Guard CGEPT 01/2026 and 02/2026 Stage I Exam is scheduled from September 19 to 22, 2025
This change in conducting the exam of both batches on the same date is due to administrative reasons and to finish the recruitment process on time. Dates and centres for Stage-II exams will be given on a "first-come, first-served" basis.

The first stage is an objective-type written test, covering subjects like Mathematics, Physics, English, Reasoning, and General Awareness. The difficulty level varies based on the post (GD, DB, or Yantrik).
Qualified candidates from Stage 1 must appear for PpFT, which includes:
1.6 km run within 7 minutes
20 squats (Uthak Baithak)
10 push-ups
Along with PFT, candidates must also undergo document verification.
In the final stage, shortlisted candidates undergo a comprehensive medical exam to check physical and medical fitness as per Coast Guard standards.
The Indian Navy officials will release the ICG Admit Card 2025 a few days before the Indian Coast Guard GD DB exam date at the official Indian Navy website.
