- Any aspirant, if found to have predominant characteristics of the opposite gender as produced on external physical examination, will be declared as UNFIT. Those who have undergone gender reassignment surgery will be declared UNFIT.
- Any female candidate, if found to be pregnant, shall be disqualified and her candidature cancelled. A candidate should not have conceived at the reporting time or till the end of four-year tenure.
