ITBP Head Constable Midwife Selection Process for PET/PST

Physical Efficiency Test and Physical Standard is the first stage of the ITBP Head Constable Midwife selection process. Before the commencement of the physical efficiency and standard tests, the aspirants will undergo identity verification, including biometric capture.

ITBP Head Constable Midwife Document Verification

All the qualified candidates will be required to carry the following documents along with the self-attested photocopies of certificates for verification purposes.
  • Educational Certificate
  • Professional Certificates
  • Experience Certificate, as the case may be.
  • Matriculation or 10th class certificate for verification of Date of Birth.
  • Scheduled Caste(SC) and Scheduled Tribes(ST) Certificate in the prescribed format.
  • No Objection Certificate (N.O.C.), as applicable.
  • Domicile Certificate issued by local revenue authorities or PAN Card or Aadhar Card or Driving License or Voter ID Card or Passport for verification of citizenship.
  • Discharge certificate in case of Ex-Servicemen.
  • Four latest passport-size photographs as submitted with the online application form

ITBP Head Constable Midwife Merit List

After completion of the Practical Examination, the ITBP Head Constable Midwife merit list in each category, namely UR, SC, ST, OBC, EWS and Ex-servicemen, will be prepared based on marks obtained by the candidates in the written exam. Based on merit, the candidates shall be shortlisted for detailed medical examination (DME) as per the category-wise vacancies. The ITBP Head Constable Midwife merit list comprises names and roll numbers of candidates declared successful in the exam.

ITBP Head Constable Midwife Selection Process for DME and RME

The next stage of the ITBP Head Constable Midwife Selection Process will be the detailed medical examination and review medical examination. The ITBP HC Midwife detailed medical exam (DME) of the shortlisted candidates will be conducted in terms of the Uniform Guidelines for Recruitment Medical Examination. All candidates declared unfit during the detailed medical examination (DME) will be allowed to undergo a Review Medical Examination(RME), provided they submit their written consent by appending their signature on the intimation indicating the reasons for being unfit as per the specifications.
