NDA form fee for OBC candidates: ₹100/-. OBC candidates are NOT exempted and must pay the full fee like General category male candidates.
NDA form fee for female candidates: NIL. All female candidates are fully exempted from the application fee regardless of category (General/OBC/SC/ST).

The URN (Universal Registration Number) is a permanent ID used for all UPSC examinations. It is generated once in a lifetime — if you already have a URN from a previous UPSC exam, skip to Step 3.

Verify your email and mobile number via OTP
Set a password and complete account creation
Fill the Universal Registration (URN) Profile — this has three modules: Personal details, Educational details, Address details
Important: Review all entered data carefully. You can edit the URN profile multiple times before locking, but once locked, only a one-time edit is allowed and changes won't apply to already-submitted applications
Click "Lock and Submit" to generate your URN
Note down your URN — it is your permanent UPSC ID

Once URN is generated, log in and fill the Examination Specific Module for NDA 2 2026:
Log in at upsconline.nic.in using your URN/Email and password
Under "Examinations", click on "NDA & NA Examination (II), 2026"

The NDA 2 2026 application correction window is open from 10 June to 16 June 2026. This is a limited 7-day window provided by UPSC for candidates to correct errors in their submitted application.

Click on "Edit Examination Application" under the Examinations tab

Important: The correction window is for correcting genuine errors — not for making major changes. Once the correction window closes on 16 June 2026, no further modifications will be entertained under any circumstances.
The NDA 2 2026 application form cannot be withdrawn after submission. UPSC does not provide a withdrawal facility for the NDA exam. Candidates must ensure all details are accurate before clicking "Submit" as the application is final and binding.
