NDA Eligibility Criteria 2025: The Union Public Service Commission releases the NDA Eligibility through the official notification. All aspirants should ensure they fulfil the NDA Eligibility Criteria 2025 before submitting the application form. Various components are associated with NDA Eligibility Criteria 2025, including educational qualification, NDA Age limit 2025, Physical standard, Marital status, and Medical standard. There have been no major changes in the NDA  Age Limit for female and male candidates, except for the NDA age limit for female and male aspirants. As per the NDA Eligibility Criteria 2025, all 12th-pass male and female candidates can apply for the exam. Every aspirant must satisfy the specified NDA  Age limit for OBC and other eligibility criteria before applying for the post. NDA Age Limit 2025

• Only unmarried male/female aspirants born not earlier than 2nd July 2006 and not later than 01st July 2009 are eligible for the exam.
• The NDA Age limit 2025 ranges between 16.5 years and 19.5 years for all the candidates.
• The date of birth approved by the commission is submitted in the Matriculation or Secondary School Leaving Certificate, or equivalent.

• The NDA eligibility for female and male candidates is the same.
• The height, weight, and vision standards for female and male candidates are the same.
• The NDA qualifications for female and male candidates are the same.

NDA Educational Qualification 2025

NDA Nationality

• a citizen of India, or
• a subject of Nepal, or
• A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka and the East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethiopia or Vietnam, intending to settle in India permanently.

NDA Marital Status

• Candidates should not marry until they complete their entire training.
• An aspirant who marries after the date of his application, though successful at this or any subsequent Examination, will be disqualified from the training.
• Aspirants who marry during training shall be discharged and liable to refund all expenses incurred by the Government.

NDA Physical Eligibility

• Aspirants should be in good physical and mental health and free from any disease/ disability.
• Major defects for rejection are weak constitution, imperfect development, congenital malformation, muscular wasting, malformation of the head, etc.
• Aspirants declared unfit by the Appeal Medical Board (AMB) may request a Review Medical Board (RMB) within one day of the conclusion of the Appeal Medical Board.
• Female aspirants will be examined by female medical officers and specialists.
• Aspirants are also advised to correct minor defects/ailments to speed up the finalisation of the medical examination held at the Military Hospital after being recommended at the SSB.
• As per NDA Eligibility Criteria 2025, permanent body tattoos are only allowed on the inner face of the forearm, i.e. from the inside of the elbow to the wrist and on the reverse side of the palm/back (dorsal) side of the hand.
• Permanent body tattoos on any other part of the body are not acceptable, and aspirants will be barred from further recruitment.
• Tribes with tattoo marks on the face or body as per their existing custom and traditions will be allowed on a case-by-case basis.
• No hyper- or hypopigmentation or any other disease/syndrome/disability of the skin.
• No hernia anywhere on the body.
• Blood Pressure consistently greater than 140/90mm Hg will be rejected.

• The minimum NDA height required for entry into the Armed Forces for female aspirants is 152 cm. Candidates should fulfil all the NDA Eligibility criteria for female height to avoid rejection of their candidature.
• Gorkhas and candidates from the Hills of the North Eastern region of India, Garhwal and Kumaon, will be accepted with a minimum height of 148 cm.
