The 3rd Talwar-class frigate commissioned in the Indian Navy is INS Tabar.
It is the first warship that comes in the Talwar-class frigate carrying a supersonic Brahmos missile.

A stylised battle axe on the INS Tabar logo represents the combat readiness and strength, symbolising maritime tradition, and stability. The Indian national tricolour has been integrated into the logo.
