If you want to take admission to the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), you should first check whether you meet the eligibility requirements for your preferred programme. The NIFT Eligibility Criteria 2027 includes the age limit, educational qualifications, and programme-specific requirements for undergraduate, postgraduate, and Ph.D. admissions.
It also explains the eligibility conditions for the Artisan category, NIFT Lateral Entry Admission (NLEA), and Foreign/NRI candidates so that you can complete the application process without any confusion.
Note: The information below is based on the official NIFT Admission Bulletin 2026. The same eligibility requirements have been used as the reference for 2027 unless NIFT announces any changes.
Before applying, you should ensure that you fulfil the academic and age requirements for your selected programme. If you do not meet the prescribed conditions, your admission may be cancelled during the verification process.
