JEE Main Paper 2 Tie-Breaking Criteria
The JEE Main Paper 2 (B.Arch/B.Planning) tie-breaking criteria for 2025 are applied when two or more candidates obtain the same total NTA score. The process is explained below.

First, the candidate with a higher NTA score in Mathematics is ranked higher.

If the tie persists, the NTA score in the Aptitude Test is considered.

Next, the NTA score in the Drawing Test (for B.Arch) or Planning Based Questions (for B.Planning) is used.

If candidates remain tied, the one with a lower proportion of incorrect to correct answers across all subjects is ranked higher.
