UCEED Counselling 2026: IIT Bombay is the responsible authority for the UCEED Counselling 2026. The registration for the counselling will be conducted through the online mode. It will begin from March 14 to April 10, 2026. Candidates who want to participate in the counselling should visit the official website and register. The candidates must meet the minimum eligibility requirements to participate in the five rounds of the seat allotment process. IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad, IIT Indore, IIT Roorkee, and IIITDM Jabalpur are some of the prestigious institutions that will participate in the UCEED counselling.

The UCEED 2026 admission process involves multiple stages to complete the process in a smooth way. The step-wise procedure for counselling is as follows:

1. Submission of the B.Des admission application form.

2. Allotment of seats, followed by acceptance and payment of the Seat Acceptance Fee.

3. Exercising post-seat allotment options (Freeze/Float).

4. Reporting to the finally allotted institute for admission formalities.

Application Process for UCEED B.Des Admissions 2026

Candidates interested in the UCEED 2026 counselling registration for B.Des admissions must follow steps provided. 

• Visit the official website (exam-uceed.iitb.ac.in).

• Click on the B.Des application portal button.

• Log in using the registered email ID and password.

• Complete the B.Des application form with all required details.

• Select participating institutes in the preferred order.

• Upload scanned copies of all necessary documents.

• Pay the application fee of INR 4,000 via net banking, debit card, or credit card.

• Submit the B.Des admission application form.

Documents Required for UCEED B.Des Applications 2026

Candidates need to prepare and upload several scanned documents. Ensure all documents meet the specified size and format requirements.

All the documents should be in a PDF format less than 500 kb. 

• A signed copy of the first page of the completed application form.

• UCEED 2026 scorecard.

• Qualifying exam (Class 12 or equivalent) mark sheet.

• Recent photograph.

• Candidate's signature.

• OBC-NCL/SC/ST/PwD certificate (if applicable).

• OCI/PIO card (if applicable).

Candidates should pay the UCEED Seat Acceptance Fees to accept the seat after counselling.
