As per the detailed notification for 1007 Specialist Officer vacancies on the official portal, the IBPS SO registration dates 2025 are from 1st to 28th July 2025.

How to Apply for IBPS SO 2025?
To complete the online application form for IBPS SO 2025, follow these steps:
- Visit the official IBPS website and click the NEW REGISTRATION button located at the top right corner of the homepage.
- Begin your application by entering basic personal details such as your name, contact number, email ID, and address, then click Save and Next.
- Upload your passport-sized photograph (4.5 cm × 3.5 cm) and signature in the specified format. Ensure both are clear and legible. The photograph file size should be between 20 KB and 50 KB, and the signature file size between 10 KB and 20 KB.
- Enter your academic qualifications and professional details, then click Save and Next.
- Preview your entire application carefully, as no changes can be made after submission. After verifying, click Save and Next.
- Pay the application fee online using a credit card, debit card, or net banking.
- Finally, click the Final Submit button to successfully submit your application. You will receive a confirmation email and SMS with your registration details for future reference
IBPS SO Handwritten Declaration 2025
In the IBPS PO Apply Online 2025 process, candidates have to submit a handwritten statement.
