Assam Rifles Selection Process 2023 for Physical Standard Test

The first stage of the Assam Rifles selection process will be the physical standard test. Assam Rifles Selection Process 2023 for Physical Efficiency Test

Assam Rifles Selection Process 2023 for Trade Test (Skill Test)

The Trade (Skill) test is the third stage of the Assam Rifles Selection Process 2023 for technical and tradesman posts. This selection round will be conducted soon after the physical standard test and physical efficiency test is concluded successfully. Aspirants declared successful in the trade (skill) test will only be permitted to appear in the Assam Rifles written exam.

Assam Rifles Selection Process 2023 for Written Exam

• The written exam is the fourth stage of the Assam Rifles Selection Process 2023 and will be offline.
• The Assam Rifles exam pattern consists of four sections: i.e. English Language, Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, and General Awareness.
• A total of 100 questions are asked in the Assam Rifles Technical and Tradesman Selection Process, each section carrying 25 questions.
• The maximum mark for the exam shall be 100 marks.
• No negative marking will be applicable for incorrect answers in the written exam.
• The minimum marks shall be 35% for the General/EWS category and 33% for the OBC/SC/ST category.

Assam Rifles Selection Process 2023 for DME/RME

The Detailed Medical Examination (DME) and Review Medical Examination (RME) is the last stage of the Assam Rifles Selection Process 2023. Candidates who are qualified in the PET/PST/Documentation/ Trade (Skill) test/Written test will be shortlisted for the further stage, i.e. Detailed Medical Examination (DME) based on their merit in the written test will be about four times the number of vacancies.

Assam Rifles Final Selection 2023

The Assam Rifles' final selection will be conducted based on their performance in the Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Trade Test (Skill Test), Written Examination, and Medical Examination Test. All the qualified candidates will be featured in the Assam Rifles merit list based on the trade and category-wise vacancies assigned to States / UTs. Instructions to join the Training Centre for enrollment will be issued based on the merit list.

However, merely qualifying in all tests does not guarantee the final selection into the Assam Rifles. The Final Assam Rifles Technical and Tradesman Selection Process will only be done based on the post of the candidates in the merit list following the availability of vacancies against respective State/UT/ Category / Trade.
