Rajasthan Judiciary Exam Pattern 2025: Law graduates aiming to become Civil Judges can seize the opportunity through the Rajasthan Judiciary Recruitment. Every year, the Rajasthan Judiciary Exam 2025 announces multiple vacancies for legal positions and Civil Judge posts.
The recruitment process consists of three main phases: Prelims, Mains, and viva voce. The Rajasthan Judiciary exam has three parts: Prelims Exam, Mains Exam, and Viva-Voce (personal interview). The Rajasthan Judiciary Prelims Exam follows an objective type (multiple-choice question) format, and there is no penalty for Rajasthan Judiciary Negative Marking. The Prelims Exam consists of two parts: Law and Hindi & English.
Law Paper I and II syllabus for the Mains Exam holds a weightage of 70%, while 30% is allocated to assessing the candidate's proficiency in Hindi and English Language. The Rajasthan Judiciary Mains Exam is a written test where candidates write detailed answers. In the Mains Exam Pattern, there are four papers, and all candidates must take three of them. Rajasthan Judiciary Exam Pattern 2025 Interview
If applicants pass the Rajasthan Judiciary Mains Exam , they will be invited for the Interview Process (Vice-Voce). Download the Rajasthan Judiciary Admit Card for details. During the Rajasthan Judiciary Interview, candidates will be asked about personal and academic backgrounds, current affairs, legal knowledge, and general knowledge.
Extra marks will be given for proficiency in the Rajasthani dialect and knowledge about Rajasthani social customs. Candidates fitting the requirements and demonstrating a strong academic record at the college or university level, along with a positive overall personality and attitude, will be selected.

Rajasthan Judiciary Selection Process 2025
The Rajasthan Judiciary Selection Process consists of three phases: Prelims, Mains, and Interview Process (Vice-Voce). The final selection for RJS Judiciary will be based on the marks obtained in the Mains Exam and the Interview.
The Rajasthan Judiciary Exam 2025 follows a specific marking scheme for both Preliminary and Main exams. For the Preliminary exam, multiple-choice questions are awarded 4 marks for each correct answer, with a negative marking of 1 mark for every incorrect answer.
