The exam conducting authority will allow candidates to download their CAT admit card till the exam date, which will take place on 26 November in 150 cities.
The CAT admit card contains the details of exam timing and the address of the exam centre. CAT Admit Card 2023: Important Instructions
The CAT admit card includes all the crucial instructions for taking the exam. On the day of the CAT 2023 examination, candidates must adhere to the following guidelines:- Candidates must reach the CAT exam centre at the reporting time indicated on the admit card.
- Carry two copies of the CAT 2023 admit card and an original photo ID proof, along with a photocopy.
- Only the CAT 2023 admit card and the photo ID card will be allowed inside the examination hall.
- Exam authorities will provide a pen and a writing pad for rough work. Candidates should write their name and registration number on the writing pad. While leaving the examination hall, candidates should submit the papers and pen to the authorities.
- Reference Number printed on the admit card helps identify the specific door/wing/lab at the test venue on the exam day.
- Candidates must sign their CAT admit card only inside the exam hall in front of the invigilator.
- Affix a photo on the admit card printouts identical to the one uploaded during the CAT application process.
- Avoid bringing bags or wallets to the CAT 2023 exam centre, as there is no provision for storage.
- Electronic gadgets like mobile phones, calculators, iPads, etc., are strictly prohibited inside the CAT examination hall.
