Karnataka PGCET Option Entry: The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) will be starting the Karnataka PGCET Option Entry Process for candidates from today, i.e., September 24, 2025. Candidates will find the Karnataka PGCET Option Entry Link 2025 on the official website. Only those candidates will be able to participate in the Option Entry process who have downloaded their claim slip from the website.
The last date to participate in the Karnataka PGCET 2025 Option Entry Process is September 28, 2025. KEA will be releasing the Karnataka PGCET Mock Allotment Results for those candidates who participate in the Option Entry process on September 29.

Candidates who want to exercise their options to select their preferred colleges participating in the Karnataka PGCET process can follow the steps mentioned below after the Karnataka PGCET 2025 option entry link is available on the website:
Step 1: Visit the official website: cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the PGCET option entry link from the latest announcements.
Step 3: Log in with required credentials.
Step 4: Fill in college and course preferences.
Step 5: Lock choices and submit them.
Step 6: Take a screenshot and save it for future reference.
To participate in the Karnataka PGCET Option Entry, candidates must meet certain eligibility requirements. The key eligibility criteria for Karnataka PGCET are presented below:
Candidates must have a minimum of 50% marks (45% for reserved categories) in the qualifying degree.
Candidates who qualify for GATE are eligible to apply for Karnataka PGCET counselling.
For M.Tech/M.E (Part-time) programs, candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) will be releasing the Mock Allotment Results on September 29, 2025. After the results are released, candidates will be provided with another link on the official website to edit their choices. Candidates will be able to add, delete, or change new college, course options, or reorder their preferences online.
The KEA is looking to fill 35,000 vacant seats in the management colleges of Karnataka through the Karnataka PGCET 2025 Scores. Candidates who successfully clear all rounds will be granted admission to the MBA programs in the Karnataka government and private colleges. Mock allotment results are only for guidance purposes; KEA will facilitate admissions via the first round of Karnataka PGCET seat allotment results.
After the release of the Karnataka PGCET seat allotment results, candidates can download their allotment order from the KEA official website. They will then be required to pay an admission fee to confirm their admission in the college. To download the allotment order and complete the fee payment, candidates must adhere to the following steps:
Log on to the official Karnataka PGCET website at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.
Search for the seat allotment order download and fee payment link.
Provide the PGCET number and the captcha code.
Click the 'Submit' tab to download the allotment order.
Once the allotment order is provided on the screen, candidates should print the order from their dashboard.
Candidates can also find an option to pay the admission fee on the same page.
