
The full form of the ESIC is Employees State Insurance Corporation. It is a state-run organization established under the Labor Party Insurance Act of 1948 and is responsible for overseeing the ESIC program. The organization main focus is to provide social services to Indian workers (workers), including members of their families, earning less than Rs. 25000.
A comprehensive insurance service was introduced to assist employees in emergencies such as illness, injury, accident, pregnancy, or death. The main ESIC office is located in New Delhi. To support the implementation of the ESIC program, it has 23 regional offices, 26 district offices in the states, and more than 800 local offices nationwide.

Stenography Test for 10 minutes at a speed of 80 words per minute in English or Hindi and the same writing on a computer for one hour. The VH candidate will be required to write an article in 85 minutes on English Shorthand or 95 minutes on Hindi Shorthand for the post of Stenographer.
