• Shortlisting Based on GATE Scores: The shortlisting of eligible applicants will be based on their marks in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering in the ratio of 1:10, subject to their availability in order of discipline-wise and category-wise merit list.

Candidates appointed for the role of Scientist B in DRDO are placed in the Pay Level 10 as per the 7th CPC Pay Matrix. The basic pay for Scientist B is Rs. 56,100/-. Including the HRA and all other allowances, candidates will receive a total emoluments of Rs. 1,00,000/- p.m. at the present metro city rate.
