How To Prepare JEE Main In 2 Month

How To Prepare JEE Main In 2 Months: Many students believe they can't prepare for JEE Main 2026 in two months but by following a structured study approach along with proper focus and time management you can achieve high scores. JEE Main is the aptitude test of your conceptual clarity in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics of Class 11th and 12th. You have to revise smartly by not attempting to study every topic, but by giving importance to high-weightage chapters.

In the given 60 days, you will also have to work on your speed, accuracy, and confidence level. Follow a comprehensive 2 months JEE timetable 2026 to cover all topics, practice mock tests, and solve your mistake analysis sessions regularly.

How to Prepare JEE Main in 2 Months Subject-wise

The JEE Main 2026 exam is based on three subjects: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. All three subjects require different strategies as their level of difficulty and approach are not the same. Here is a simple subject-wise idea to crack JEE Main in the next two months.

Physics

Physics mainly requires you to know the concepts and the formulas related to them. In the first month, you need to revise the high-weightage topics in Physics. The high-weightage chapters include Laws of Motion, Current Electricity, Modern Physics, and Thermodynamics. Try to solve previous years’ question papers and practice numerical questions daily.

In the second month, you need to practice full-length tests of Physics so that you can increase your speed of solving problems. Attempt one full-length Physics test every alternate day. Revise your formula sheets daily. Practice more graphical and derivation-based questions to improve your accuracy.

Chemistry

Chemistry can be your scoring subject if you revise it well in time. You can divide the Chemistry section into three parts, Physical Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, and Organic Chemistry.

In the first month, you need to study all the chapters of Physical Chemistry like Mole Concept, Thermodynamics, Solutions, Gaseous State, Liquids and Solids, and Electrochemistry. You also need to revise all the formulas related to these chapters and practice numerical questions.

Inorganic Chemistry requires a lot of memorization. So, you need to revise the Periodic Table, Chemical Bonding, Coordination Compounds, and P-block elements.

In the second month, you need to revise the reactions, reaction mechanisms, and named reactions in Organic Chemistry. Prepare short notes and revise reaction mechanisms daily.

Mathematics

Mathematics requires practice every day. In the first month, you need to revise the high-weightage chapters of Mathematics. The chapters that carry a lot of marks in JEE Main include Coordinate Geometry, Calculus, Vectors, and 3D Geometry. Focus on clearing your concepts and practice NCERT and previous JEE Main questions.

In the second month, you need to practice mock tests to improve your speed. Revise short formulas and tricks every day. Practice solving questions on the time you will get in the actual exam to get rid of the pressure of the exam. You can also practice sectional and paper-wise revision questions and limit the time you take to solve them gradually.

By the end of these two months, you must have completed your revision of all three subjects and attempted at least 8 to 10 full-length mock tests.

A clear timetable helps manage your time effectively. Follow this basic 2 months JEE timetable pattern:

2 Months JEE Timetable 2026
