JEE Advanced 2025 cutoff: JEE Advanced 2025 cutoff marks have been released along with the result. This year, to be eligible for inclusion in the rank list, candidates must meet both the individual subject cutoffs and the overall cutoff marks. A noticeable drop in cutoff percentages has been observed across all categories in 2025. In 2025, the Common Rank List (CRL) cutoff has been fixed at 20.56%, whereas the cutoff for candidates from GEN-EWS and OBC-NCL categories is 18.50%. Meanwhile, candidates belonging to SC, ST, and PwD categories need to score at least 10.28%, and those applying under the Preparatory Course rank list must secure a minimum of 5.14%.
In comparison, the cutoff percentages were significantly higher in 2024. In 2024, the cutoff for the Common Rank List (CRL) was 30.34%, while GEN-EWS and OBC-NCL candidates required 27.30% to qualify. Candidates from SC, ST, and PwD categories had a qualifying cutoff of 15.17%, while those under the Preparatory Course category needed at least 7.58% to qualify. The overall decline in cutoff percentages in 2025 suggests either a shift in paper difficulty or a drop in overall candidate performance.
